Additional information. - single story house - direct road access - switchboard on the other side of house less than 7m away (photo included) - as mentioned, house is double bricked - information that may or may not be useful, there is existing wiring through the air con unit to the inside of the house.

Hi there, I have two issues that need fixing: 1) Water is leaking from my Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning unit. It could be because the pipe outside is blocked? 2) Light fixture has detached from ceiling. I would love both to be fixed as soon as possible, but happy to prioritise air conditioning.
