The shower is leaking. The shower head was recently changed so it could be an issue with the taps. When managed to close the tap really very tight thats how the leak stopped but if we open it again then it’ll become hard to close.

Dripping shower head constantly

Shower is leaking from the join where it is connected in the wall. The third Photo attached shows the leak. The first two photos shows the shower details. I am looking to get this one fixed some time tomorrow (Monday - 14th Apr). We are also looking to get the old sealant removed in the bathroom and put through new sealant in the bathroom. The sealant application job is needed in the kitchen sink and the kitchen area as well.

My shower head has just started leaking. It’s not at the wall join or in the shower handle. It’s just the showerhead leaking. I’ve soaked the shower head so it’s not that. It’s probably the o ring or something in the wall that needs changing. 🤷‍♀️

Bathroom toilet backs up due to blockage. Blockage seems to be from outside.

We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.

Toilets are flushing, water is drainage but slowly

Water is dripping out from back of the toilet, especially leaks more when flush toilet.

The toilet flushes slowly, sometimes it flushes fine but now most of the times the water rises before gradually draining. I've also noticed that water drains slowly in the shower, and both the shower and toilet make bubbling sounds as the water goes down. Single story house. Last time, we had same issue plumber had to clear the main drainage in the backyard. Noticing this issue in only 1 Toilet and 2 showers. 2nd toilet seems totally fine.

The toilet seat hinges are no longer fixed and is wobbly. Request if those hinges could be fixed.

When I lift the lid off the cistern I can get the toilet to flush but a component won’t go back into place so water constantly runs when the lid is on

We have two toilets that need some help from a plumber! Toilet 1 (see photos) has no leaking issue but it intermittently does not re-fill easily(or at all) after a flush. Toilet 2 (see photos) has been operating fine since we moved in several months ago until today. After a flush all of the sudden water started running out of the back of the tank. I have yet to turn the water back on to investigate the issue on my own. I'm assuming a seal has gone bad? Odd that it happened all at one versus a slow leak though? Offer is to inspect a s repair both toilets. Parts not included.

Toilet does not flush all of a sudden. The push button doesn't work.

I got a toilet leak coming out of side of toilet bowl. Please help fix

My toilet had been running/trickling for a while and now it wont flush because there is no water in the sistern. I have turned the water inlet off so that is stops running.

Toilet blocked needs plumber to unblock it.

Our ensuite bathroom toilet is draining pretty slowly after a flush. We believe there may be a blockage (everything else in the house is draining fine). We tried to plunge it last night for quite awhile but we couldn’t get a good seal so it wasn’t really doing anything. We tried the dishwashing liquid trick and we left it overnight. My partner flushed the toilet this morning a few times and said it was fine. I tried it a couple of hours later and it’s now back to draining slowly and the water level is higher than normal in the bowl. I’m hoping it’ll be a quick 5 minute job for someone who’s done this kind of thing before, neither my partner or I are handymen!
