The steam cleaning you mentioned which is important but maybe the finer detail on every thing else? 6pm works perfectly. Can you confirm that you will be able to provide a proper receipt that can be used for proof of clean for the landlord. With thanks!
Hi Martha Yes we can provide a receipt, and we have completed many end of leases. Pretty much top to bottom in all the rooms including inside cupboards. Window seals, skirting boards, range hoods, oven, detailed cleaned bathrooms. If there is anything not to real estate agent standard we will come back and fix it. Thanks Kati
