End of lease clean

We need our house cleaned in preparation for the end of our lease. The main jobs that need doing are cleaning of the living room including cleaning walls and floor, cleaning kitchen including oven, stovetop, range hood, cupboards and floor, cleaning the small laundry including walls and floor, cleaning small communal toilet including the toilet itself, the sink, floor and walls, cleaning a communal bathroom including the bath, shower, toilet, sink, floor and walls, as well as a proper carpet steam clean for all the carpet in the house. This includes the staircase, upstairs landing and five bedrooms. The bedrooms do not need any other work except the carpet clean. Living room is large, about 8x6 metres and the rest of the bedrooms are pretty standard sized- around 3.5x3.5. Must be done this Sunday. We also need an invoice itemising the work, especially the carpet clean which is something that the real estate have requested. Also a bond back guarantee is required.
